Part 1----The hundred books of Johoku.

There are a hundred recommended books at Johoku. We have been recommended to read these books by the time we become adults (age12-19 ). There are different levels of books for ages. For example, "Cuore", "The golden pavilion", "Wuthering heights","The Earth", and "Nothingness". A highly diverse selection of literary classics is included. If we can read them all----------Wow! Fantastic!

Part 2----Our honor purchasing policy

Johoku Junior High School's honor purchasing policy started on January 22nd,1963. Initially, some people were to supervise the sales of books, pencils, and other stationery. However, one class pointed out that "Since the supervising students cannot always oversee the stationary, we cannot buy anything when they are not there. It will be inconvenient to not be able to purchase goods when needed." Another class asked that " We should trust each other more. We can purchase properly without supervision." From these ideas, Johoku's honor purchasing policy emerged. Money used to be put into a bamboo shaft, but now a money box is placed in the stationery shelf and we purchase anytime trusting each other..
